Travel back in time

This reconstruction offers unique insight into the architecture and design of this castle embedded in rock overlooking the old town of Sion, allowing visitors to travel back in time and discover the historical monument in a new light. Find out what Tourbillon Castle looked like before the fire of 1788.

The old sentry walk

By reading the anchors preserved in the masonry of the surrounding wall, it is possible to reconstruct with relative accuracy the defensive sentry walk from the end of the Middle Ages.
